There is a chance that the order has already been shipped when you notice this. If the order has already been shipped, you are responsible for the incorrectly provided address. Pack the items you want to return in the original shipping box. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.

3. Send
Bring your package to the chosen drop-off point within one week of registering or have your package picked up using the collection service (depending on the selected return method).

4. Refund
You will receive a confirmation when we have received your return. For returns, the order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your return package.
