Order
You can pay securely online with iDEAL, credit card, Google Pay, a gift card or pay afterwards with Klarna .
It depends where you live. Within the Netherlands, if you place your order before 4:00 PM, you will receive your package the next working day.
For Belgium we have a delivery time of 2-3 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment.
It is possible that the newsletter registration containing the discount code has ended up in your spam. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service via customerservice@boetiekaniek.nl
You can apply your discount code in the shopping cart overview (at the bottom of the page).

It may happen that your size or item is not in stock. Please leave your email address and we will notify you when the item is available again.

Shipments
The Netherlands:
All orders are shipped with PostNL. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code so that you can track the shipment.
All orders ship for free.
Europe:
For other European countries, orders under €150 will be charged shipping costs of €13. All orders from €150 are shipped free of charge.
Once your order has been placed, it can no longer be changed, so always check your shopping cart carefully before finalizing the order.

Please email us as soon as possible to customerservice@boetiekaniek.nl with your correct address. All orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same working day. There is a chance that the order has already been shipped when you notice this. If the order has already been shipped, you are responsible for the incorrectly provided address. If it has not yet been shipped, we will of course change this and ensure that you receive the order at the correct address.
Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has not been worn or damaged.
Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the event of a return. If a return package does not arrive, you must be able to provide proof of shipping.
Return instructions
1. Sign up
Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order via this link , select the items to be returned and choose the desired return method.
2. Packing
Pack the items you want to return in the original shipping box. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.
3. Send
Bring your package to the chosen drop-off point within one week of registering or have your package picked up using the collection service (depending on the selected return method).
4. Refund
You will receive a confirmation when we have received your return. For returns, the order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your return package.
Return costs are at your own expense.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate this during the returns process and we will ensure that the item in the correct size arrives to you as quickly as possible.
