The Netherlands
All orders are shipped with PostNL. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day and will be delivered to you the next day. All orders ship for free .

Europe
For shipments outside the Netherlands (Europe), orders under €150 will be charged €13 shipping costs. All orders from €150 are shipped free of charge .

How does the returns process work?
1. Sign up
Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order via this link , select the items to be returned and choose the desired return method.



2. Packing
Pack the items you want to return in the original shipping box.

Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.


3. Send
Bring your package to the chosen drop-off point within one week of registering or have your package picked up using the collection service (depending on the selected return method).
4. Refund
You will receive a confirmation when we have received your return. For returns, the order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your return package.


NB! Return costs are at your own expense.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has not been worn or damaged.

Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the event of a return. If a return package does not arrive, you must be able to provide proof of shipping.

Please note: If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Refund
For returns, the order amount due will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return package, provided that the returned item has not been worn. Boutique Aniek reserves the right to refuse returned items that have been worn or have not been returned within the stated return period. After your returned item has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the return. The amount will be refunded to the account of the original payment method.

Exchange

We think fit is important. We strive to provide as detailed a description as possible of the fit for each item on our website. If the item is too big or too small, we offer a free exchange guarantee. This means that you do not pay shipping costs for the shipping costs of the correct size. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate this on the returns form and we will ensure that the item in the correct size comes to you as quickly as possible.

Defective

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us within 7 days at customerservice@boetiekaniek.nl .

You will then receive a return label by e-mail (costs are at our expense). We will then take the item back and exchange it for a new one.
