The Netherlands
All orders are shipped with PostNL. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same working day and will be delivered to your home the next day. All orders ship for free.
Europe
For shipments outside the Netherlands (Europe), orders under €150 will be charged €13 shipping costs. All orders from €150 are shipped free of charge.
Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order after all. You have the right to cancel or exchange your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the event of a return. If a return package does not arrive, you must be able to provide proof of shipping.
Please note: If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

- Modstrom, mbyM, Herrlicher and Coster Copenhagen normally fit true to size.
- Are you unsure between sizes with CC Heart, Comma Casual Identiy and Comma? Then choose the smallest size.
- The French brands FRNCH and Grace & Mila are slightly smaller. Are you hesitating between two sizes? Then order the largest size.
