All orders are shipped with PostNL. Orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped the same day.
The Netherlands
Ordered today before 17:00 = delivered tomorrow. All orders are shipped free of charge .
Belgium
For shipments to Belgium, orders under €75,- will be charged €7,95 shipping costs. All orders over €75,- will be shipped for free .
France
For shipments to France, orders under €150,- will be charged €11,- shipping costs. All orders over €150,- will be shipped for free .
Europe
For shipments outside the Netherlands (Europe), orders under €150,- will be charged €13,- shipping costs. All orders over €150,- will be shipped for free .
Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. You have the right to return or exchange your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
With the return label that we include in your package, you can easily and safely return your items with DHL. You never have to pay upon delivery. This return service is free for an exchange and €4.95 for a return without exchange. This amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
Both the costs and the risk of sending are for your own account when returning. If the package does not arrive, you must be able to provide proof of shipping.
Please note: If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

- Modstrom, mbyM, Herrlicher and Coster Copenhagen normally fit true to size.
- Are you unsure between sizes with CC Heart, Comma Casual Identiy and Comma? Then choose the smallest size.
- The French brands FRNCH and Grace & Mila are slightly smaller. Are you hesitating between two sizes? Then order the largest size.
